I'm pregnant and I'm using this 7-day antibiotic cream for a bacterial infection. I was getting a bit better but now the burning is back in full force. It's been an all day thing today. I'm taking my last dose today so I called the nurse and she said that it could take a while for it to work. Is this normal? I know that before I was pregnant, when I took something for a bladder or yeast infection (never had the bacterial) I always felt better before the medication was used up. I'm in absolute misery!!

Should I insist on being seen by the doctor?
