How accurate are store BP machines?

I used a grocery store blood pressure machine today to sort of entertain my son a little (he was curious, I showed him what it did). Well, I was shocked when it came back 127/88! Last week my BP was 120/70 and the nurse said it was ok even though it had gone up since the bottom number was staying low.

Should I be concerned about the reading from the grocery store?
