Call your pediatrician and find out how long your daughter is contagious. I don't think coxsackie is harmful to the baby but it is an awful disease for anyone to catch pregnant or not. My daughter was almost hospitalized due to dehydration the sores were so severe in her mouth even water made her scream in pain. I think if there is any chance your daughter is still contagious it would be prudent to stay home this weekend.
