It was negative. They suggested I take the Macrobid anyway and call my internal medicine doctor to rule out any other complications, which I did. The nurse relayed my story to my doctor, who does not seem to be concerned with my symptoms. Today, the back pain is a little better (coincidentally, I have taken 3 of the antibiotics)and I still feel a little "flushed", but have no fever. In general, I am just very weak and tired (beyond normal pregnancy) and am not hungry (vs. my ravenous hunger over the last week). I have been making myself eat a little at a time for the baby. Do you feel that I should still push to be seen, or wait a few days and see if the symptoms go away? Appreciate your feedback....
