I am 4 weeks pregnant and have a constant dull ache in my lower back (sometimes radiating upward) and just above my hip bones, mostly on my left side, near my rib cage. I've had this for several days, but it has been worse for the last 2 days. I

I also have chills and a low grade fever (this just started recently, and could be totally unrelated). I have an appointment with my Dr. coming up, but I would really appreciate any information regarding what might be causing this. This is my second pregnancy, and I didn't experience anything like this at all the first time.
