I'll save you $285 and tell you how to get the info. There is a book by Dr. Landrum B. Shettles that explains the timing with body temp. and cm along with other ideas on position and such. It is not %100 but not even sperm sepatation is %100 (it's %80). The book claims to better your odds by %75 and has worked for 2 of my sisters friends. The book can be found at Amazon.com or at any local book store. Look for:

"How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby" by Landrum B. Shettles, M.D., Ph.D.
