What are my risks of a tubal pregnancy with a blocked tube and should I seek another opinion regarding having the tube cleared?

It is totally up to you is you want to see another doctor about clearing the tube. The should be able to tell you more about your options. If the other is clear I would not worry about doing this. There is a some of having a tubal pregnancy.

Am I only ovulating every other month as a result of one tube being blocked?

Not likely since the egg leaves the ovary and then goes on to the tube. As long as all is okay with the ovary itself, you should be ovulating from it. Also you would probably only experience a period every other month as well if ovulation only took place every other month.

Should I be concerned about my health or my future baby's health with a blocked tube?

Only if a tubal pregnancy occurs.
