Doctors, could I have incompetent cervix?

OK, so now. . . does this sound like something I should fret and worry about or not? After I had my laser surgery done, the doctor told me she couldn't even see where it had been done, so that seems to have done little damage. The leep left a little scar tissue, apparent when I went to have a hysterosalpingogram done, just inside the opening of my cervix, but if anything my cervix opening was TOO small.

I have heard that this condition is usually discovered after the woman miscarries. . . I don't want to find out that way!! And when does that normally happen? What do you suggest I do?
