Mammography during pregnancy

I had a mammography the other day. I did not at the time believe myself to be pregnant but it would not be impossible. I am "feeling" pg, but still too soon to tell since I am only 23 days LMP. I am very worried about the mammography. The results were ok but I am worried that if I am PG, it was bad for the fetus.
