18.4 weeks and lack of fetal movement with anterior placenta...From: Cindy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 4 Jun 1999 07:27:01 -0500 (CDT)
Hi, Could you tell me what itmeans when the placenta is anterior? I know that the placenta is in front of the baby but is it covering my whole uterus at this point? How big does the baby have to be in order to feel it kick through the placenta? Also, as the uterus grows up what happens with the palcenta? Does it grow along with it or can it slip down and cover the cervix? Thanks.
