I seem to have less milk this time >around compared to when I had my other children. > >Thanks, >Robin Robin; This could have been a succenturiate lobe of the placenta (sometimes the placenta has a lobe or cotyledon separated from the rest of the placenta, and may not come out with the rest of the placenta, but will eventually separate and pass several days to weeks later) or a decidual cast (sloughing of chunks of the pregnancy stimulated lining of the uterus). Either way, you have cured yourself. As far as nursing, I am aware of no reationship between this and decreased milk supply.
