Try some lanolin cream, then wash off with a wet washcloth, no soap before nursing time. Allow your nipples to be exposed to some air and sunlight if possible as this helps them heal and toughen up. Don't despair, it's kind of sore going at first but will get easier over time. I had a busted blood vessel near my nipple once from strong sucking and it took a few days to heal and was so sore the first day or two I had to just hand express and let my baby nurse on just one breast until it began to heal.
