Previous message: AMD: "Pool safety in pregnancy" My husband travels every week or so on business. He usually doesn't go far, but could easily take 3-4 hours to get home. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant, measuring 39 cm, and 1.5 cm dilated, but cervix is firm. My first son was born at 37 weeks after a total of 5 hours for labor and delivery. I get the impression that my doc is not very optimistic that I'll get much past 38 weeks. At what point should my husband cut back his travel and how much?
