Hi! My husband and I just found out we're pregnant on Sunday. Since I don't know much, I'm curious when I need to go in to see the doctor. We think we're only about 3 weeks along right now, but I started the prenatal vitamins at my gynecologist's advice in March before we moved (we've been in a new town for about 2 months now). Also, the tenderness in my breasts is gone today. Is that bad? I seem to be getting a cold, very sore throat, just feeling under the weather. First pregnancy, so I'm not sure what to expect.
