I've been having intermittent diarrhea, today marks my 26th week in pregnancy with my 4th child. I tend to get heartburn often, but usually on any given day don't have more than 4 or 5 doses of Mylanta for it. Could this be the cause of the diarrhea? Never took Mylanta so often before. It doesn't matter what I eat I still have the runs. No real painful cramps associated with this and I'm not dehydrating, still intaking lots of fluids daily. This is just bothersome. I have taken Donnagel two doses one day for it and it helped some, but by late the next day I was having this symptom of diarrhea again.

Is this symptom a potential danger? Should I tell my OB? I don't see her until med June.
