Hello,

I'm new here, but I am expecting my 4th and doctors have always strongly advised against douching period! Because if air were to get up there during douching it has been said it can kill you when you're pregnant. At least this is the information I've read and I'd never take a chance. Extra discharge is normal, and this is the body's way of cleansing itself. Just wear pantyshields or cleanse yourself often externally. I've never douched while pregnant and would never start. Please be careful!
