Cara You have not given us all that much info to go on, but I would say, based on your post, that I would be very careful these next 3 weeks. I would get as much bedrest as possible, stay hydrated, avoid sex and exercise (including lifting). Ask your ob if he wants you to see him more often, and if he wants you on any meds due to your risk of pre term labor. This next few weeks is crucial. Remember, 'womb rent is much cheaper than NICU rent'. Good Luck
