Perhaps someone could advise me.

I'm experiencing lower abdominal ache, similar to pre-menstrual ache.

I'm familiar with abdominal ligament pain and feel this mainly in my right side. Bladder infection has been ruled out for causing achiness. Have already had one kidney infection this pg. Have had PROM at 22 weeks last pg. Also experiencing nausea which stopped at 14 weeks. I am currently 19 weeks pg.

Should I be concerned? Could something else be causing this achiness or is it normal?
