I have been walking at least 3-4 times a week and it really makes me feel great. I'm in Texas, so it's warm already, but I'm sure this summer I'll have to walk at 3am. :)

You made me feel better saying you'd gained 22lbs by 16weeks. The funny thing is I don't know if I weighed 114 or 118 when I started. . . can't remember and my weight goes up and down anyway. But I'll try not to worry now. Someone just made a comment to me yesterday that upset me. Something like "how many do you have IN THERE!!!?" Very nice, huh?
