campylobacteriosis and pregnancyFrom: Rochelle (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 12 May 1999 11:31:11 -0500 (CDT)
I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and have tested postive for campylobacteriosis, a food or water born illness. I am taking antibiotics, which is scary enough during your first trimester. The question I have is what harm is this campylobacteriosis doing to my baby? Will is cause miscarriage? How about developmental problems? Any information would be helpful.
