With an "Unexplained Stillbirth" there is little that you can do the next time, because you don't know what caused it. I always tell my patients that the literature shows that it seldom happens twice to the same individual, especially if the individual does not smoke. So try to relax and don't worry about it. I know that is easier said than done, but it is the best advice that I or anyone can give you.
