40.5 wks and no sign of laborFrom: Christine (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 30 Apr 1999 22:37:52 -0500 (CDT)
I went to the OB today and was told despite all the walking and nipple stimulation that my baby still remains very high and there is no dilating or effacement taking place. This is my second child and the first one was 10 days late and I ended up with a c-sec after a failed induction (baby was forehead presenting) My OB will only let me go 10days over my due date which was April 27th (dated by US). What is the chance of a spontanous labor without the assistance of pitocin and is there anything I can do to help bring it on? I am becoming so frustrated.... Thank you,
-- Christine
