There are many, many potential reasons for early miscarriage, ranging from inadequate progesterone, to chromosomal abnormality, to uterine defect, to diabetes, and on and on. You should see your gynecologist to begin an evaluation. Most things can be ruled out by simple erxam and blood tests.
