Your Dr. wasn't specifically testing for drugs. It is routine to do blood draws to check things like iron. Your routine blood test just picked up that you were smoking. I don't have any info what your Dr. would do if you continue to test positive. I am guessing by law she has to report the situation to children's services. I am glad you stopped and your baby thanks you.
