Hi Kathy,
What a great idea! I am in not position to provide you with any data,
but do have a suggestion. These programs work exceptionally well in
other countries. Are you in any position to obtain grant monies for
fact seeking trips? My best friend is Finnish and has told me about
such programs, and many more, in Finland. Just brainstorming...
