Hi, I have just had my OB's appointment and he gave me my U/sound results I had at 29 weeks .... it states that there is slight calcification within the placenta, amniotic fluid is 13, and that the A/B ratio is 3.6 which they are concerned about and want another U/sound next week (I will be 33 weeks)... Could you please explain what A/B stands for (i know it has something to do with blood flow) as I tried to search archives but it wouldn't bring anything up, and also is this a reason to induce baby early ??? How come it sounds pretty bad too me, but my OB doesn't seem to be as concerned .... Thanks for your time Nichole
