The difference in measurement is 3 mm between 17 weeks and 18 weeks. It should be 22 mm at 17 weeks and 25 mm at 18 weeks. This si a difference of about 12% and is within the normal range of error for the measurement of the same bone at 2 different times. Therefore it is no difference.
