There is a normal pain that sounds similar to what you are feeling but in your case I would make NO assumptions. At about the gestation you are the baby is very active, has lots of room to spin and you are starting to feel it. When the baby kicks your cervix it feels like a sharp pain and can sometimes radiate into your vagina. The achiness sounds like round ligament pain. I would still call your practioner though! Karen
