Femur Length in PG

During my u/s at 17.5 weeks, my dr measured the baby and everything seem normal measuring 17.3 weeks. However, he measured the thigh bones (Femur) and said they normally run small at this point in pregnancy. One of the thighs measured 18 weeks (which he said was unusual) the other measured 16.6 weeks. There is a week difference in this. I know u/s is not something you can readily rely on, but the difference in length has me concerned. Is it something I should be worried about? Does this indicate some sort of problem?

Thanks for you help, Kris
