I am not a doctor but maybe some anecdotal evidence will make you feel a tad better:) A 4 day discrepancy is not that big. U/S is not an exact science either. A LOT depends on the skill of the person performing the U/S. I measured 2-3 weeks larger than dates until I was about 20 weeks. There was nothing wrong with me or my ONE baby. My uterus was just a little on the large side (Note: by the end of my pregnancy I was measuring 3 weeks SMALL-uteri are fickle things:-)). If your baby looked healthy and there is only one try not to worry. There is probably nothing wrong. Whether or not your endo would have anything to do with it I don't know maybe one of the docs could shed some light on that.

Enjoy your pregnancy and baby. Pretty soon you should start feeling him/her move.

Congratulations and Good Luck
