?missed miscarriage?

Hi. I saw my OB today for yet another vaginal u/s. There was a yolk sac there but no movement inside of it. He wants me back in two weeks for another u/s and said we should see a heartbeat then. Let me tell you my history and tell me if I should be scared / nervous.

My LMP was the first week in March. My Beta HCG levels were 625 (04/14) and 1606 (04/16). The fist vaginal u/s - 04/14 showed nothing - balrely a dot the size of a pinhead. Next vaginal u/s was 04/20 and you see the yolk sac trying to form. Today's u/s was 3 times larger than last weeks.

When I was preggers last year (at this same time!) I had my first u/s vaginally at 5 weeks gestation and it looked just like today's u/s. My OB says I'm 7 weeks pg. If he is right we should have seen a heartbeat today - right?? If I'm right and I say I'm 4-5 weeks then we wouldn't have seen a heartbeat just a FORMED yolk sac. I'M SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!! I am so afraid that this is going to end up not being viable and a "missed miscarriage". Any ideas on what you all think??? I know I probably confused you and you all took calanders out to check # of weeks. LOL Could my two pregnancies being so close together cause a problem? I had c/s 12/14/98.

Thanks!!!!
