Rose-

FYI-:-) I ate everything I loved including salsa, Indian and Thai curry and garlic loaded Italian right up until the heartburn kicked in at middle of my third trimester. Sometimes I suffered the heartburn anyway because I was so tired of bland food! By the end of my pregnancy the heartburn went away and I was eating like my old self. DO be prepared to maybe give up your love of salsa after the baby comes at least for a little while. My other three children I could eat whatever I wanted from day 1 and it never bothered them. Grace just turned 4 weeks and up until this weekend it seemed EVERYTHING upset her tummy. She seems to be tolerating things Mommy eats much better now-PHEW!!
