Hi. my cousin's wife just gave birth a week ago to a beautiful baby girl, Rosemarie just informed us however that during the labor process they had used a vacuum to help the baby out faster. my mother recently watched a program about how this is unhealthy not too long ago (maybe a month or two). apparently some of the babies were killed in the actual birth and others suffered developmental problems a year or so later...if any one could help by sending me some information it would be much appreciated...things i'm interested in would be things such as how widely used this technique is, how likely the chances are that anything harmful had occurred and so on....
