I was really hoping to have a VBAC this time. >> >>-- >>Christine >> Christine and Anne I agree with what Anne has said, and probably most ob will suggest C/S with a first baby breech and with a VBAC (this is because of the potential manipulation that may accompany a breech and the risk to the uterine scar). I tell my patients to try pelvic rocks in an attempt to change gravity and to gently "massage the baby". Some docs may suggest an external version, ask yours if he (she) is in favor of this. But of course, remember as Anne has stated, baby health is first and foremost here! Good luck to you both. Dr. von Almen
