Unfortunately, none of the above information will help determine the conception date. It is possible to have a due date of around May 25th if there was sexual contact around or shortly after September 5th. In order to get a closer "match," one would need to know when the pregnancy test was positive, and what an early ultrasound showed. Even then, it would probably not answer the question. However, there are paternity tests available that check the baby's blood type and genetic information.
