lower abdominal pain at 27 weeks

We took a walk last night and I was totally comfortable during the entire walk. But shortly after the walk, I started having a pain all the way across the underside of my belly. It reminded me of having a "stitch" in my side when I run too hard or too long, but I wan't even breathing hard during the walk and it was all the way from hip to hip, instead of just one little spot. It lasted for just a few minutes (< 10), and was definitely worse when I tried to stand up. I have had similar pains during the past few weeks, even when just sitting at my desk.

Is this still just ligament pains, or is there something else going on? It does not feel crampy, and I can't feel any abdominal hardness like with a contraction. I have an anterior placenta that was low (but not previa) at the time of my US in February. Also, there is a spot on the underside of my belly (a few inches below my navel), that seems to be sore and tender much of the time (especially when I cough or sneeze). Could this be related to the pains I am having?

Thanks, Andrea
