In reply to: Diana: "Weight gain" I no-longer weigh any of my patients. The evidence for weight gain as a screening test for toxaemia is very slim. The variation in weight gain is huge. It is a bad screening test and I wouldn't get too concerned. Do chat to your OBGYN though.
