It is difficult to know exactly what your individual problem is without being able to question and examine you and I would recomend that you mention it to your doctor. I thought I would just talk about round ligament pain following your message.

The round ligament is a ligament that passes from the top of your uterus to your groin. During pregnancy it stretched and sometimes this can cause small haemorrhages in the ligament which are considered to be quite normal. This causes a pain which can be on one side or both sides. It radiates to the groin and is worse towards the end of the day or during exercise. It is more common in second and third pregnancies that with first pregnancies but can occur with your first child.
