I am at 33 weeks now and especially for the past week or so I have a burning pain/pain as if a knife cut beside my navel, sometimes on the left side and sometimes on the right side. This is especially when I laugh, cough, or sneeze, or even when I am walking. **Is this due to the abdominal muscle separation or what?** Several weeks ago I stopped doing the partial situps because the pain started then.
