It can be from being a mom of a little one, especially one who is getting active; it can be secondary to the Depo although June was quite a while ago; it can be from the pill; it can be from feeling "unwell" for a year; it can be from subconsciously associating "unwell" with pregnancy and birth and, as we all know, intercourse leads to pregnancy and birth. You may need to have a full exam with a primary care physician to rule out any medical problems too.
