Level II ultrasound shows large gallbladder

I am 21 weeks pregnant. I had my Level II ultrasound today. After four radiologists looked at the ultrasound picture they concured that it was the largest gallbladder on a fetus "they had ever seen". They told me this is not significant. I will describe the size so that you can picture what I am referring to; in comparison to the stomach, which shows as large as a silver dollar on the screen, the gallbladder is showing aprox. 2 1/2 times larger. Is there any danger in this?
