Prior to my first pregnancy my cervix was round and firm to the feel. I am 17 months post partum. Recently, after intercourse, I noticed spotting. I examined myself to see if the bleeding was from the inside or outside of the vagina. I was suprised to notice that my cervix felt loose and "jagged". Is this a normal change in the feel of the cervix after childbirth? My last exam and pap were normal in 12/98.
