You and the baby will do just fine if you cannot take your vitamins for a few weeks. It is better to skip them than to be sick because of them. Try to eat as well balanced a diet as possible. Extra folate, calcium and iron (if you are anemic) are probably all you really need anyway -- assuming your diet contains lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains.
