If you still get sick resume taking your pre-natals again in a few weeks and see how you do. Lots and lots of women can't take pre-natals in teh first trimester-myself included. It's better not to take the vitamin and stay nourished, hydrated and have some semblance of a life than to be sick, dehydrated and miserable all the time just for the sake of that pill. Karen
