Dear Deborah

this is something you need to discuss with your OB (and your surgeon). It is very rare for anaesthesia per se to do any harm to the fetus particularly after 12 weeks when the fetus is effectively fully formed. I'm not familiar with the medicine you mention (probably different name in the UK)but again it is very unlikely to cause problems after 12 weeks.

Go speak to your OB. He will need dates of the "exposure" and will be able to reassure you more fully.
