Daughter's Pregnancy

My daughter is 25 weeks pregnant, but on her doctor's visit 3/5 he said that she was measuring too big (~29 weeks). He wants her to have an ultrasound Wednesday. She is due June 20. She is 5'2" and now weighs 122, weighed 106 when she became pregnant. She had an ultrasound at 10 weeks and again at 20 weeks, everything has been fine so far. I am worrying myself sick, what exactly does this mean? Is the baby larger than it should be, is there too much amniotic fluid? I have been searching the internet and can't seem to find anything relating to this topic. Please advise as to what you may think is going on. Thanks Much! Cindy
