Thanks Dr. McIntosh. At least now I don't feel like I've been living
in a cave by not knowing about this "standard". It sounds like
something particular to that doctor.
SIL had a 8#10oz baby girl and everyone is good, but tired (she had to
have general anesthesia).
Thanks again for clearing this up.
