I was on brethine for 5 weeks, my son was born at 37 1/2 weeks, he will be 3 in May and his speech is incredible, I cannot believe his vocabulary for a 3yr. old. I do not believe that brethine has anything to do with your childrens speech. You can get your children tested through your school system for speech problems. They have early intervention programs that are wonderful, Good luck!
