Brethine use & affects on children

I have two children, my son is 3.5 yrs & my daughter is 19 mo., unfortunately during both of my pregnancies I went into early labor & my doctor prescribed brethine to stop the premature labor. I had my son at 35 1/2 weeks after only 2 weeks of taking the drug. He has been in speech therapy for over a year & has recently been diagnosed with oral/verbal dyspraxia. My daughter was born at 37 weeks but I was on brethine for 6 weeks during her pregnancy. She is showing similar signs of speech delay & I was wondering if there is any connection between the brethine use & the speech problems in my children?
