repeat question: progesterone levels

I sent this post last week, but maybe it didn't go thru.

I am currently 6wks pregnant (from LMP). At 3.5 wks (LMP) I had my progesterone checked, because I'm almost 43, and because of perimenopause have been taking suppliments.

At 3.5 LMP my progesterone level was only 20.1 but my hCG was good: 1141.

I'm wondering if I should be concerned about the progesterone level? I've done some research and I know that the altho "normal range" is 11-90, that anything below 25 is considered questionable.

This pregnancy is very improtant (which isn't?) - it's one year post vasectomy reversal and 8 months of trying, so I don't want to jeoperdize the pregnancy from lack of progesteron. My family physician has no personal knowledege of progesterone issues, says she will check with a gyn. next fri when she is meeting with one, and will let me know 10 days from now. I'm concerned that that may be too late if even with progesterone supplimentation I'm only at 20.1

Should I be concerned with this level at 3.5wks LMP? I can always try setting up an appointment with a gyn on my own, it just seems extreme if I'm not sure....

Thanks in Advance!
